Reminiscent Chill In The Air

This time of year has always been my favorite, from Halloween on. As a kid I couldn't wait for that first snowfall, a chill in the air brought days filled with sledding, ice skating and cozying up to the fireplace.

After years spent in Florida I'm beyond thrilled to be spending chilly days around fireplaces in the mountains of North Carolina, and Connecticut with family and dear freinds. How I've missed the change from summer to A Breathtaking color fest of falls beauty, to the cozy feeling of fireplaces, hot cocoa, and family gatherings in winter. Blessings abound and I am truly grateful!  ( me and mom pictured )
