Q: My jewelry turns dark after wear or storage. How should I clean it?
A: Silver oxidizes (turns dark) naturally when exposed to air. Most gold and silver jewelry is easily cleaned with a silver cleaning soft cloth. Avoid using anything with abrasives or bleach. Do not use liquid cleaner on a leather or cord style. Do not polish gold plated jewelry as the gold plating will fade.
Q: My piece of jewelry needs repair. What should I do?
A: To have your jewelry repaired, please refer to the Repair section of our website.
Q: Do you make custom pieces?
A: We have made many a happy customer with their own custom Turchin Love and Light design. Please address queries to Customer Service.
Q: Do you do wedding rings or wedding bands?
A: Although Turchin Love and Light does not do a line of wedding rings as such, discerning customers have found that a
number of our rings make unique wedding bands.
Q: I lost a beloved piece. Can it be replaced?
A: Please write to us at the Contact email with details, and we will tell you how we can help you replace your lost piece.
Q: How do I determine the size of my wrist for a bracelet?
A: measure your wrist with a soft tape measure to a tight fit. We explain the details of sizing and wrist width on each bracelet design.
Q: I own a shop and want to sell Turchin Love and Light jewelry. How do I go about it?
A: Please send your query to our Miami office and we will contact you with details as soon as possible.
Turchin Jewelry’s warranty policy covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for one year. A sales receipt must be provided from Turchin Jewelry’s Retail location for this warranty to be valid.
Jewelry returned within 15 days of purchase for a manufacturing defect, will be replaced by Turchin Love and Light.
This warranty is void if the jewelry has been purchased by an unauthorized retailer.
This warranty is void if the jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. All jewelry sent in under warranty must include a sales receipt.
A lost piece is not considered as a manufacturing defect. If the jewelry closing mechanism is compromised in anyway, the customer must send it back as a repair.
Only pavé stones are under a one year warranty. All other stones are not covered under warranty and must be paid for.
Jewelry containing leather and cord are not made to be worn in water. This warranty is void if the leather/cord jewelry has been damaged by water.
